Gold Winner of Spa of the Year in the 2023 SPASA Awards. The customer's brief was to design a unique rooftop space for residents to escape the bustling Port Melbourne esplanade and enjoy a tranquil spa retreat with spectacular views over the waterfront. This elevated rooftop spa offers a haven of uninterrupted views of the stunning Port Melbourne coastline. Its distinctive geometry gives it a sculpted appearance, with its hollowed base resembling a suspended shape in space.
These spas are the first of their kind with an overflowing rim, and the unique shape enhances its sculpted look. The spa was equipped with a circular bench that accommodates up to 6 people, creating an area for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hydromassage and hydrocolour features, along with underwater LED lighting, contribute to a complete sense of well-being. The elevated platform creates a partitioned space for residents, providing uninterrupted views of the breathtaking Port Melbourne coastline.
